How fast do orders ship?
In-stock orders placed before 2pm PT on a business day ship the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day, and you get tracking the moment the label prints.
What if the part does not fit my bike?
Send us a photo plus your bike year and model. If we listed it as fitting and it does not, we email a prepaid return label and either swap it or refund you in full.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most of Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Duties are calculated at checkout so nothing surprises you at the door. Batteries are US-only due to shipping regulations.
Can you help me spec a build?
Message us with your bike, how you ride and a budget, and we send back a parts list in priority order. No charge, no obligation.
What is the return window?
30 days on unused parts in original packaging. Get in touch first and we will sort it out.
